As homely as it could be. Lovely people, specially Gulzarji. Great value for money, superb service. Very close to the Dal lake. Food is good too. We stayed in the suite with an open to sky balcony. I think that suite is the only one there. Superb experience.

Worst hotel with pathetic service and staffs. 1.They don't serve breakfast as per your choice in a breakfast included meal plan. 2.They only offer aloo paratha and bread toast as they get the money of breakfast included in the room tariff. 3.They charge u extra for room service. 4.Youhave to call the Owner for breakfast,room service,housekeeping , towels, water, electricity. 5.They will not allow to have food in rooms doesn't matter where u buy from even their restaurant Salt. 6.Worst manager and service. 7.Paid more than 30,000 for a single room of 10 days still they didn't provide adequate service. 8.They dont serve break fast after 10 and dinner after 10:30PM 9.Rooms are small and filthy. 10.If you don't ask they don't provide towels. 11.Call owner @99066 00990 12.Power cut everyday atleast for 4 -6 hours.Generator starts after 30 mins of power cut 13. Little or no parking space. 14.Non cooperative management. 15.Rude and unprofessional staffs

Nice hotel. Excellent rooms and service. Room service is fast and efficient by staff. Wi-Fi speed is great. Awesome scenic view of Dal Lake, Sikara ride. Reception and house keeping is good. Overall 9|10 for this hotel. Based on the very good reviews and recommendations on TA, I chose Mr. Feroz for a 7 night trip ( 18th to 25th Mar'19) to Srinagar 3 nights, Sonmarg, Pahalgam 2nights, Gulmarg 1 night,Srinagar DELUXE HOUSEBOAT stay 1 night. I contacted Mr. Feroz/ Mr. Waseem over the phone and responded promptly (). Confirmed availability. To confirm the booking and picked me up at the scheduled time. All though the tour, we found him to be a very safe driver, mild spoken, extremely well behaved and fairly knowledgeable about the roads and local conditions. He was always on time and provided us tips and guidance that we really appreciated. He has Innova car at his disposal so as to cover various team sizes and budget. He also offered me a pretty attractive rate, which I really appreciated. Thank You Mr. Feroz and Waseem for your help and support.

It is about 2 minute walk from the Dal lake and located in the Boulevard Road. Although we didnot stay here we had late lunch at Paradise. We ordered Kashmiri wazwan platter. We were bowled over by the hospitality as the owner stood there guiding us how each items were made and what to eat first. The platter had rice, tabak maz (lamb ribs fried in ghee), sheekh kebab (minced lamb sausage grilled), methi maaz (finely shredded lamb in a dry gravy), rista (minced lamb cooked in spicy gravy), goshtaba (minced lamb in curd gravy). All the food items were really tasty and 2 of us could only finish a single platter as the owner had suggested. We had lassi after that and spent a good time chatting with the owner. We promised him that the next time we would visit Srinagar we would love to stay at his hotel. If you visit Srinagar, do try the wazwan here.
